Scott scored ten plus a bonus point from six rides as Daugavpils beat Rzeszow.

Scott was happy with his score and admitted afterwards that scoring anything from his sixth and final ride was going to be tough. He added: “I had a good night and felt good but I drew gate three in that last race and it was so slick there was no way I was going to get anything but I was happy overall.”

Scott then travelled back to England on Saturday morning to appear on Eurosport as part of the commentary team that covered the British Grand Prix at Cardiff.
